All payments must be made in full prior to the start or order of any item(s).
• Payments completed via this Invoice: Cashapp or PayPal. We do not accept checks
• All custom orders are non-refundable.
Approval for designs will be sent before item is made/printed.
2 changes are allowed to custom designs. There will be a $5 fee for each additional change after the second one.
We will not accept customers bringing their own items (shirts,cups,etc) All items will be ordered and supplied by approved vendors of Shawnee’s Kreations LLCs choosing.
• Customized items will not be refunded if wrong size is ordered.
• Prices vary due to size, detail of design, materials used & availability of materials.
•All sales final. No refunds unless there was a mistake made on our part.
• Please allow 7-10 business days for completion of item(s) AFTER payment has been received. Business days do not include Holidays.
• Once shipped please refer to tracking number for all updates. All packages shipped are insured. Once shipped Shawnee’s Kreations LLC is not responsible for delay, lost, or stolen packages. If damages occur please take pictures and file claim with shipping provider. If assistance is needed please don’t hesitate to reach out.
